requirement of application of dependant of tier 4

My husband is doing MSc from UK. His visa is valid till August 2011 and now only 4 months are left. Can i now apply as his dependant from home country?

The total lenght of his course was 1 and half year but now only 4 months are left so please tell me can i apply as his dependant from home country.

Plz help me

1. Is your husband planning to start a new course or going back to his home country.

2. If he is going back then there is no point as by the time you will get the visa months will be passed so the UKBA wud not issue a visa in the first palce.

3. If your husband is going to start a new course then wait untill he gets the visa renewed and then apply.
