tier 2(ICT) to Tier 4 dependent

Hi i am currently doing MSc in Tier 4 and my wife is with me in tier 2(ICT). Her visa will expire in two months. Can she convert from Tier 2 to Tier 4 dependant from within UK.

Requesting a guidance as early as possible,

No she cannot switch. She needs to apply for entry clearance from outside the UK.
