Check your visa conditions on your visa and also on UKBA website reg your work.

1) if you have finished your course you can time being work full time until your graduation ceremony.

2) if you have seek tier 4 extension to continue your course, you cannot work full time.

this document applies to old style student leave. I also disagree that it says that a student cannot work full time after they have attended their graduation ceremony.

your conditions remain the same whilst your application is under consideration as long as you have made a valid in time application. therefore if you currently have permission to work then you will continue to do whilst your application is being consider

If you have completed your course, or you have yet to complete it but it currently not term time for you, then you can work full time, but you cannot take a full time permanent position. If it is currently term time, you can continue to work a max of 10/20 hours a week depending on what your current conditions are.

It is not correct that you cannot work after your graduation ceremony.

do u have any updated or latest version. dont think that iam cross questioning you. You have sorted many of my queries in the past.

I dont want to get in deep regarding working after graduation ceremony.

I have replied particularly based on the member query.

that member wanted to know whether he can work p/t or f/t while waiting for his passport on tier4.

If some one waiting for tier4 for an extension , how can he work full time, except vacation time.

Please read my first post regarding what is his immigration status while waiting for decision.
