URGENT: PLEASE ADVISE ME =(

Assalam u Aleykum everyone =)...hope that all of you are doing really great. Well, I have applied for the tier 4 general student visa on the 22nd of septemeber, 2011. Following are the details of my case:
University of Leicester (highly trusted sponsor)
Aerospace Engineering
I have already paid the entire tuition fee.
TB CTFCT (taken a week before the appointment date)
A level certificates (document listed on the CAS)
3 passports (covering last 10 years)
Personal bank statement
account maintenance certificate

Now the thing which is bugging me since the frst day is...my process is going really fast..22/9/11 Application submitted.
same day..it got fwded to islamabad OC...26/9/11 fwded to embassy for processing...28/9/11 processed application returned to AC.....=(...have they refused my application or wht?..i had to maintain 5400GBP in my bank account but i have maintained 8000GBP...but my bank statement is of exactly 28 days...opening balance 8000GBP 25/8/11 AND closing balance on 7700GBP 21/9/11....do they include days of opening balance/closing balance in the 28 day period too?...please reply =s
