Need to check that I understand the new TIER4 correctly

Hello! I am applying for the TIER 4 in November, currently on PSW visa. I have some questions:
1) I understand that if I am psw I am no longer entitled for established presence?
2) I wont be able to work as a self-employed, freelancer, sole trader on TIER4?
3) I need one year of tuition (my course is PhD) plus 9 months for 28 days on account?
4) I need to start my course withing 30 days from the date my current visa expires, otherwise I need to apply outside of UK
5) There basically only two criterias : maintenance (10 points) and CAS (30 points) - university will provide all documents for the latter one.

Could you let me know if my statements above are correct and there is nothing else I should be concerned about?

Your understanding is correct, however whilst the university will provide you a CAS - they will list the qualifcations/evidence used to obtain your offer, and you will need to provide the original certificates or transcripts of these qualifications with your application.
