Date of Translation document?

Hi all
I need to submit our marriage certificate translation and son's birth certificate translation with my TIER4 app. I do have a fully certified translation which was used with my last Tier 4 App in 2010. The translation dated 27-10-2010 and had official stamp and translators signature on it.

Can I use this translation with my new Tier 4 application to apply new visa?
The date is quite old. does it matter or not?
