i came in uk as a student in 2009.i extended my visa in 2010.though i have a visa untill 2013 but my college been revoked by ukba may be 7 or 8 months before.i got married here with a brittish girl n i want apply for two years spouce visa.but to do that will i have to go back in my country or i can do that by staying here?please i need correct information.thanks!!

yes, of course you can apply for spouse visa here, you need to marry and then to apply for it
