Just a quick sort of confirmation - my wife and child still have a valid spouse visa and child settlement visa - since I'm now eligible for naturalisation and they are not - I was wondering would it impact their visa status.
I believe not - but need second thought. Also can they travel to india on their visa and come back to UK without any immigration issue.
