I got my pictures from passport kiosk. I think screen was a bit dirty but i didnt notice so after pictures taken there is blur on one of mine eye brows. will they accept it thanx

Perhaps you should ask this question to someone who can actually see the photo!

no i meant to ask will they ask it, what is their policy? abt blur. whole picture is not blur its just one eyebrow

Here is the guidance. What they will make of your photo is not something that can be determined by asking people who can't actually see it
