Renewing passport whilst Naturalisation in progress

Hi,

I applied for Naturalisation (AN form) on 16 Oct 2013 via NCS and my fee was deducted on 12 Nov 2013. I've not received the approval yet and I've no idea how long this process is going to take!!

I need to renew my Schengen visa at the end of Jan 2014 due to work commitments. The problem is I have no blank pages left in my current passport!!

Hence, I need to renew my current passport to apply for the visa however I'm not sure how this will affect my naturalisation application which is in progress??

Anyone faced this situation before??

No issue.

Passport is used as proof of identity and residence. A new one will not affect the application.
Check the FAQ before posting!
Citizenship (adults, children, passport)
EEA (EEA FP, RC, PR, Surinder Singh)
