AN Form Conviction

Post by rbag » Fri Dec 27, 2013 9:03 pm

Hi
I am applying for naturalisation in Jan 14.

1. I got 3 points on my license received in 2010.
2. I got and paid a PCN, received for driving in a bus lane, Oct 13.
3. I did a speed awareness course in Aug 13.

I got my ILR in Oct 2010. My queries:

a. Do I need to declare all the 3 above in form AN?

b. If yes, which section should it be in form AN.

c. Even if I do not mention the above in the form, do I need to declare it to the NCS officer?

Thanks in advance.

If the points were not part of a conviction at court, just include a copy of the paper counterpart driving licence, no need to declare them.
