Refrees for form AN and form MN1

I am planning to apply naturalisation for entire family. I have got refrees for me and my wife.
But for my children as per MN1 guidelines it is difficult to get one refree who I GP, nurse, teacher or health visitors. This is because I moved so many places within last 3 years.
Will it be ok to have the same refrees for me and my children ?
