Urgent - need help please

Hi

Me and my wife already got British citizenship through naturalisation last week - however I could not apply for my son due to some reasons along with our application and he is still on the ILR (he was born abroad).

I was today filling up MN1 form to apply for his naturalisation but got confused with Q1.1 of SECTION 1. I am wondering which category does he falls under?

I dont see anywhere in MN1 guide where it is mentioned that child is born abroad and parents already got BC through naturalisation

Can anyone please help me with this?
