Sexuall harassment Caution 2006

"if your caution is more than 3 years unless its of a sexual nature, that would be refused."

what this mean " Sexuall Nature " defined , a freind of mine concerned about this , he going to apply for BC in Nov 2014 ,

Senariao,

he was called by police to come to police station , he was told ther that his Ex Girlfreind made a complaint that , he is calling her and following her , but he was not , he gave a statement to police ,Police took his statement and Finger prints and , after an hour told him to go home , its a caution , and this caution will be removed or erased after three years .


So the question is , will he has to declare it on AN form that he had the caution ,and what be the affects.

The police were wrong to say that, that could even be grounds to have the caution quashed. Where did you get the quote you stated from?
