Need help in wife naturalization

Hi great forum, need your precious advice please.

My wife came in uk on two year spouse visa in july 2011, while i was on tier1 general. She got indefinite based on two years in sept 2013, depending on me. I got ilr in feb2013. Next month i am applying for Naturalization. Pray for me. But my query is

1. When will my wife eligible for naturalization? And
2. She spent 4 months holidays from sept13 to jan14.

Will this holiday break effects here naturalization? Please advice me when she is eliglbe for naturaliztion.

Your help and advice will be greatly appreciated.

1. July 2014 (3 years of residence) assuming you would have your citizenship ceremony by then.
2. 120 days absence in the last year would require further discretion from the case worker. If she meets the other requirements, she should be fine. Or she can wait until October 2015 and apply with less than 90 days of absence in the last year.
