BUT ME AND MY CHILD IS IN INDIA RIGHT NOW.CAN MY HUSBAND APPLY MN1 FORM WITHOUT MY CHILD IN UK BECAUSE MY SON AND ME DO NOT HOLD ANY VISA AT THE MOMENT . MY SON WAS BORN IN 2006 IN UK BUT UNFORTUNATELY WE CAME BACK TO INDIA 2010. CAN U PLEASE reply me my husband can process mn1 form application or not? Appreciate your anticipated service and reply in this regard

Yes. MN1 can be applied even if child is abroad.

I don't think you will find specific info on that merely because its not an issue so doesn't require any particular instruction.

There are no residential requirements under 1(3).
