Parents ILR holders- ? kind of UK visa for Baby from India

I hope this is the right location to drop my query

My husband and I both received ILR in March 2012 and we both moved to India on Aril 2013. Currently we are residing in India and my husband is moving back to UK permanently from June 2014 on full time employment basis.

During the last one year my husband was working for Indian firm and we were blessed with a baby girl. Currently my baby girl is about 7 months old and soon we are planning to apply for Indian passport to my baby girl.

I am aware that my baby girl is eligible to apply for British passport from India but I suppose it would take ages to get the British passport from India. Apparently we are planning to apply for Indian passport first and then apply for UK visa.

My husbanded will relocate to UK from June 2014 and once we receive UK visa for baby then I will travel back to UK along with my baby and join my husband. By this way my baby girl would come back to UK very soon then we will apply for her British passport from here itself.

My query is

Being both parents are ILR holders what kind of UK visa that we need to apply for my baby girl from India. Is there any visa for ILR dependents visa for my baby and your suggestion would be really appreciated.

From the forums/internet browsing I came to know that I can apply for

Certificate of Entitlement to Right of Abode on her Indian Passport

Could any one confirm that it is the suitable UK visa for my child who is currently residing in India.

Where was the child born? Are either of the parents British and were they when the child was born?

Child was born in India on October 2013

Both are not British citizens and still we are holding Indian passport and also we are holding ILR visa.

My husband is working in India ( UK based company) from April 2013 to till now and he is returning back to UK on June 2014 ( got permanent employment )

If you are both on ILR then you should apply for the child's ILE on VAF4A with Appendix 1.

Thanks for your response.

I am clear now that my child who is born in India is not entitled to apply for right of Adobe visa from India.
