BC application advise

Hi

Please could someone advise on the BC process based on work permit and Tier 1 visa for me:

Timelines:

Out of country work permit EC issued: 1 July 2008
Entered UK: 15 August 2008 (1.5 months delay)
Switched to Tier 1 visa within UK: 1 July 2009
Tier 1 Extension within UK: January 2012
ILR (mixed work permit and Tier 1 +1.5 months delay to entry to UK): 05 June 2013

Now when can I apply for BC? Is it 05 June 2014 or 06 June 2014?
Please note that BC is based on mixed Work permit and Tier 1 visa. Also HO took my 1.5 months delay into account!!

5th June 2014 is fine and it will based on the 5 years immediately before, so 2009 to 2014 is the residence requirement. You will need to make sure that you were physically present (not even abroad on holiday at the tie is exempted from this requirement) in the UK on the same date in June 2009, which will be the start of the qualifying period, as the date when HO receives your application in June 2014.

I was in UK in June 2009. I will apply on 5th June 2014.
Since 2008 I have only 3 months absence from UK.
2010 -One month
2011 -One month
2013 -One month!

You are well within the absence limits so should not have a problem for the residence period 2009 to 2014.
