Liquidation of my comp in process can i still apply 4 Natura

Hi,
My Naturalization is due. my company went in liquidation because of dispute b/w directors now Insolvency services took me in court for disqualification as director. which is not started yet. will go probably until march.
should i apply for naturalization or should i wait until its solved.

As a director is disqualified if it is proved that they didn't meet their legal responsibilities it would be wise to wait until a decision has been made by the court. You would have to declare the outstanding court hearing in your application.
