Drviers awareness course and possible additional overspeedig

Post by micron » Tue Nov 25, 2014 9:57 am

Dear All
I am going to apply for my Naturalisation in December. I have already attended "drivers awareness course" in June 2014 for driving 36mph in 30 mph area.

I feel that I was over-speeding on motorway with restricted speed area (40mph) and I think I will be given 3 points for this.

1) Could you please be kind to let me know how this could effect my application for Naturalisation?
2) Do I need to disclose this on my application?

Thanks in Advance

provided with that you don't have any other PCN of FPN in last 12 months before application and this offence is dealt with by issuing FPN, you should be ok and I believe you don't need to declare it.
If you are taken to court then or have any other fpn of pcn, then it will be different story.
