Apply only children

Post by rrkabbu » Fri Jan 02, 2015 2:08 pm

I am on ILR issued Jan/2013 and was wondering if I can only apply Citizenship for children, without accompanying father or mother applications.

1. Eldest son born abroad and is also on ILR issued Jan/2013, I guess he qualifies for citizenship based on Section-3(1)
2. Younger son born Oct/2012 in UK just before I got ILR, never got any citizenship. I guess he qualifies for Citizenship as I got the ILR now under Section-1(3)

Would be grateful if anyone could clarify my above queries.

1. Possible, but may be safer to wait.
2. Okay.
