Citizenship ceremony

Post by rshelar » Tue Jan 13, 2015 3:02 pm

Hi,

Question to all the men who have attended the ceremony.

What is the dress code and what do most people wear? How long does it last?

Also, turnaround times for British passport ?

Regards

I just wore jeans and casual shirt.
Some people were wearing formal where some were casual.
Mine lasted about an hour.

Passport takes about 2 to 4 weeks.

I was working so went straight from work, in office formal clothes. Took less than 20 minutes (private ceremony).

Mine took 2 weeks and 6 days. But regularly its 2 - 4 weeks as akhurshid said.
Being British is a state of mind.
