Help Needed in filling AN form for spouse

Hi

I have a query regarding filling of Naturalisation(AN) form for my spouse. In personal information section (1.17) we have to fill the address of last 5 years. but my spouse is staying in UK from past 3.6 years. what should i fill in the remaining 1.4 years details. shall i give my spouse indian address or leave blank. please advise.

Guidance clearly says past five years. Just on that basis I'd put Indian address after 3.6 years of UK addresses are filled in.
