Early application for Naturalisation (before 28 days)

I am wondering if application for Naturalisation on Form AN can be made early (before 28 days) or it has to be made upon the completion of full 12 months (365 days) after the grant of ILR?

If not married to a British Citizen, then you have to wait for 12 months after the grant of ILR. Click here for more information.
