I received the naturalization and looking to apply passport on urgent/priority basis due to urgent travel, is there any premium service for passport application that can take 3-4 days ?

No there isn't. Also, you will also have to attend an interview before the passport will be issued. The passport application can be sent through the Post Office 'check and send' service, which should at least ensure your application form is completed correctly.

Yes, but not for an Adult's First Passport.....

My partner's took about six weeks, almost exactly 12 months ago.

Official guidance says:
How long it takes:
It takes at least 6 weeks to get your first UK adult passport. Don’t book travel until you’ve got it.

To be realistic, probably longer due to the Christmas/New Year holiday.
