Documents required to submit during first UK Passport ? What documents to I need to submit in original if I go to post office and apply via check and send service. Do I need a Birth certificate as well , original naturalisation certificate, old passport etc. pls help. thanks

I have . I called the passport helpline and they told me I have to submit birth certificate as well along with my old passport as its still valid and uncancelled and naturalisation certificate . is that true. ? also no where in the application form it says what documents I need to submit.

what do I need to fill in section4 . Date of marriage or civil partnership to the father or second parent.......... ? so they need fathers date of marriage or grandparents ?
