Maybe this is a daft question but do anyone know when HO send out naturalization certificates to local authorities after approvals. Is it any timelines or just it's send out whenever they feel....

Unless someone was fortunate enough to work for HO (in post room perhaps) how would anyone know.
And why would it matter how the internal machinations of HO and local council partners work?
