British Citizenship with birth name

Hi.
I have dual citizenship. ( Brazilian and Italian )
On my Brazilian passport I have my birth name and surname as A. B. K.
On my Italian one I have A.K.

I was wondering as I am applying now for the British Citizenship, If I can have
my name as it is on Brazilian passport, A.B.K.

Based on the experiences at least one other person has had, you might be told to get your Italian passport changed so that it also says A.B.K. before the HMPO will issue you a passport. They don't like people have different names on different passports, even if the names are very similar.
