My wife applied for naturalisation on 15th November using NCS.Since the form has been sent to HO I am a little worried I have completed the wrong details.On Q1.5 I have put the name as it appears on my wifes passport and BRP .On Q1.6 I have put my wifes married name to myself as we got married in this country. Also I ticked the box which states:- I am aware that the name used on my Naturalisation certificate is different to the name in my foreign passport.
I want the Naturalisation certificate to show the name that appears on my wifes passport.Could this now cause any problems or should it be ok .Thanks for your help.
