Fees taken but no acknowledgement letter?

Hi
I've submitted my and my family naturalization application online on 21st Dec 2018 received payment confirmation. However, I've not received any acknowledgement email yet and today is 11th feb 2019. Please guide if anyone faced same situation. Thanks
