Error with Form T online application

Hi,

I've been applying for British citizenship through Form T which is for people who have lived in the UK for the first ten years of their life. But I have an issue that I have been struggling to fix for the past few months.

The issue is that Form T asks you to list all the countries you have visited in the first 10 years of your life. Here are screenshots below of the question, so you get the idea.

But the electronic application for some odd reason will not let me input all dates of my holidays in the first 10 years of my life. I can't seem to know why.

I get this error message whenever I type in a date before 2009.



So how do I type in all the countries I visited in the first ten years of my life? They have scrapped the paper application and I cannot do it by post anymore. The error I get seems to contradict the question.

I'm unsure what to do. I called home office up 4 times yet I get the same response, email technical support. Yet my email I sent over a month ago has yet to be answered.

What should I do?
