British Passport Application For A Minor!

Hi Guys,

Could anyone help out on how to apply for my son's british passport? Apparently,he was born here and has been using European Passport from his Mum's country.Fortunately, the Mum just received her Settled Status which automatically means,he is qualified to apply for his british passport.

Does anyone know the right documents to be submitted for this and Url link for this application?

If the child was born BEFORE the mother attained PR or settled status, then the child is NOT British and cannot apply directly for a passport.

Child will need to register as British on form MN1 first, costs £1012. Passport can only be applied for once the child is approved as British and the Registration certificate has been received.

Only child born in the UK AFTER a parent has PR or settled status is automatically British and can apply for a passport directly.
