Hi everyone.
just want to share with you guys, had my appointment at premier lounge 20 mark Lane London for my Naturalization. I was not impressed as system went down and the whole place was really busy and the staff was not very polite and professional, anyway attended my turn and she did not ask for anything as she just scanned whatever I handed in to her which is fine as I should be more aware than them but when I came home and logged back to my account on SOPRA website I was not able to see my scanned and uploaded documents and looked like she only uploaded half of the documents and the first part where it says "proof of application = Applicant's Passport was empty".
just wondering if anyone experienced this problem.
