Hi Guys need your help.
My husband has been rejected for his british naturalisation because to be considered for application he was not legal in the country for his 10 year requirement. it was been 7 years he has been legal but prior to that he was not. Reason was that he was naive when he came to the UK illegally and then his father died of heart attack and 6 months later his mother died of heart attack. he had no reason to return to his homeland he went through a real stressful time because he lost both his parents until we met and married. he has been rejected as it does not meet 'good character'. But do you think if i explain the above and the fact we have 3 children and i am british and that he has NO criminal offences, no debts etc. that they would reconsider? Should we complete FORM NR? seriously so emotionally stressful for me.
