proof of living in the uk

Post by tittung » Sat Jan 11, 2020 7:20 pm

Hi,
I am a european citizen living in uk since 2002. I have got the PRC since june 2017 and I am applying online for the British citizenship being married with a British citizen. I am a bit confused about what documents I need to provide for the “proof of living in the UK” .
Is the permanent residence card enough or I need something more specific? I also have P60 for the last 3 years and all the relative payslips for the last 36 months but I haven’t got the letter for the employer stating that I work for them since November 2016. Do i need one?
Many thanks in advance for the answer.

Do i need one? No - you only need to provide one type of document.
Many thanks in advance for the answer.

Your P60s will be fine. If you have your council tax letters/statements, you can add that as well
I am not a lawyer and do not claim to be one. All my comments here are based on my opinions, experience and interpretation of the appropriate UKVI guidance documents and immigration rules.
