Received second mail of acknowledgment with different Case ID and name mispelled

Hi all

Applied for naturalisation on 21 Jan and received an acknowledgment mail on 22 Jan. Then on 21 Feb I received another acknowledgment mail with same content but different Case ID and my first name misspelled. Anyone has seen something similar before?
