Dear sir/Madam
I am a surgeon working in NHS for more than 15 years. I had been holding ILR since 2011 and now decided to apply for British Citizen. My concern is I had recently received some speeding point in total 6 since last year (SP 50 SEPTEMBER 19 AND SP 50 FEBRUARY 19) along with a court fine( though it not my fault- I havent received any letter for the motorway speeding and all I got is a court letter charging me for not identifying as the driver and speeding. I had contested this on paper explaining to plead guilty for speeding and not for failure to identify. I was given a court fine of 400£ and 3 points. Question is now that the court had fined me despite not my mistake will I be considered of not of good character as per the guidance?
Is it safe to wait for a year for application?
IADVICE PLEASE
