EEA or British family member?

Hello gurus,

I'm stuck with the application form where it asks if I have an EEA family member who has been issued with a permanent residence card.

My husband is originally from the EU and I came here with him and got my PR based on EU law. He has a permanent residence card but he is now also british and I'm applying as his spouse. So should I answer yes or no? Thank you.

The answer is YES as you have such a card.
