Hi I am applying for citizenship after ILR. Can you experts help me with my below doubts

1. declaring Trial dates in application :- I have a Trial date for the car insurance cliams regarding a car incident in the croydon family court in April 2020 [Both parties insurances have not settled the claim outside court]
Does this mean I have to declare this trial date in the application or I dont have to because its not a criminal conviction?

2. Tax return number:- I am self employed and working under my limited company. So this tax number is going to be my UTR?

3. Past immigration applications:- here do I have to declare the past immigration applications I have done including tier 2, extension of tier 2, ILR?
