British Naturalisation Query, Please Help!

Hi Everyone,

I need assistance please for my Naturalisation Application. I recently received my Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) approved on the basis of 10 Years Long, Continuous, and Lawful Residence in the UK. I got my ILR in November 2020. I live with my British Husband and 3 British children in the UK.

I like to submit Naturalisation Application on the basis of my British Husband. I am stuck at one Question in the Online Application. This Online question asks about Previous Application Details.

In my immigration history, in 2013, I had Tier 1 (General) Dependant visa which was valid for three years. It was valid from 28 June 2013 to 28 June 2016. I applied for ILR SET(O) Application as ILR SET(O) Dependant with my Husband on 15 June 2016 on the basis of my Husband completed 5 Year under Tier-1 (General) SET(O). My husband varied his ILR-SET(O) application to ILR-Long Residence on the basis of 10 Year Long, Continuous, and Lawful residence in March 2017 so i also had to vary my ILR-SET(O) Dependant application to FLR (FP) Application on 26 MAY 2017. My this varied FLR (FP) Application was approved on 15 March 2019.

My Questions are:

Q-1: Do I have to mention this varied and withdrawn ILR SET(O) Dependant Application?

Q-2: If Yes, then how can I mention this varied and withdrawn ILR SET(O) Dependant Application in Previous Application Details page?
