No received the citizenship ceremony invitation letter

I have received the approval letter on 21st Oct 2020 by email and I have been waiting for the citizenship ceremony invitation letter since then. It has passed the 12 week waiting time, but I have not yet received the invites...

Could you please suggest on what I can do next? my local council is Croydon.
