Born abroad children ctizenship without ILR

Post by Rajja78 » Wed Feb 24, 2021 9:04 am

Good Morning Moderators,

Looking for some help here, please...
I have got my ILR and Wife's ILR application in process with UKVI.
We have 2 daughters - My younger daughter was born here in 2012 and eligible for MN1 application now. The question is about an elder daughter who was born in India in 2010 is eligible for MN1 along with her younger sister? since she was not born here but stayed in this country for around 10 years.

Thanks,

vinny

I think your elder daughter, who was not born in the UK, should apply for ILR, in-line with your wife.

Your elder one has to apply for ILR along with you before applying for MN1.
