The HO have refunded my application fee for MN1 form (register child under 18 as British citizen). No explanation, no letter, no email and no phone calls...
Little background I was naturalized British citizen since October 2019 and my Daughter was born abroad in September 2020.
I was led to believe could be wrong but I made an application (MN1) to register my daughters a British citizen. After the application I sent all the relevant documents to HO and following my application the HO sent me an email my daughter to be enrolled for the biometric.
My daughter did her biometric at TLS center in Addis Ababa, all good so far and since then I've been patiently waiting for the result but around 5 months of waiting allover sudden I noticed that application fee of £1012 have been refunded to my account.
I received no explanation, no letter, no email and no phone calls regarding the states of my application plus I have no clue where my supporting documents are as they were not returned to me.
I tried to contact the HO through the phone but the agents all they do is request me to send the HO an email, which I did sent email to the HO enquiring regarding my application so far it has been 5 days since I sent an email I did not received a replay beside the automated response of email acknowledgment.
So my question is what do I do next I'm left on the dark?
