Documents not returned in 2 weeks post passport

Hi all
It is unusually taking more than 2 weeks to receive the documents that i sent as part of my first uk passport.
I received the passport on 8th oct. But not received my naturalisation and Indian passport back.
Worried that they have not lost it.
Any suggestions. Tried calling the number many times. They cannot track where it is.
Really worried anyone with same situation?
