Incorrect (Old) Partner's Address

Hi,
I have submitted my wife's naturalisation application and by mistake have submitted our old house address for the partner (i.e. me) under the "Current partner" section.
What shall we do? How can we inform UKVI about this error?

Also, I am now preparing my own naturalisation application, shall I mention a note in my application about this error?
