Naturalisation Application for Family

Hello,
My family and I immigrated to the UK in 2014 through Tier 1 route. I applied for naturalisation in 2020. Now I am applying for my spouse and 5 children, one of whom is under 18. My query is that, can I use one application/AN form to apply for all of them?
This is because after I complete my spouse’s application, there do come up options which say “add another applicant over 18” (for my 4 children over 18) and “add another application for application under 18” (for my under 18 child) .

Yes you can add children to the application - for the under-18 the system will adjust to form MN1.
