naturalization approved ...but ceremony yet to be done ..can i travel abroad for few weeks ?

Hello boards members,
I received letter from my local council informing about the successful citizenship application (yet to get a letter/ email from home office) and informing me to attend the ceremony on 8th dec 2022 .....but unfortunately i need to go visit abroad for a very personal work for 20 days on 6th dec 2022....I am planning to send them an email asking them to re-arrange it sometime around first week of january when i am back.
so i wanted to check ...if i can still travel abroad , before i attend my ceromony even though the naturalization is approved ?
is there anything i need to do/ inform to make sure ...i have no problem getting back in ?

Free to travel. You are only British once you attend your ceremony.

It is not from date of approval notification

I am yet to get the approval letter from Home office though ....but got invitation from council ...has it been happening to other members as well ....Letter says , attend ceremony despite that and will do alternate checks ...hope thats all good .
