‘Please remove label’ not present at back of passport

I’ve recently received two passports for my kids.

I noticed one passport had a please remove label at the back, the other didn’t.

Is there a need to contact HMPO, or no big deal.

Not sure what that label is for ....
Personally my passport came without a label, my wife's came with a label, never removed it, never queried at border, ...
I wouldn't bother calling HMPO, just remove the label and forget about it.
