I'm due to apply for citizenship on the 1st October 2023.

I have one question:

Based on the date provided (1st October 2023) when sooner can my referees fill and sign the forms?

There's no specific guidance on this, however, up to three months before the application date should be fine, or some days/weeks after depending on your biometrics date.
