Mandatory docs for application

I apologise if this has already been asked but I couldn't find a similar enquiry via the search.

My wife submitted an app for citizenship around mid May and we sent the docs via UKVCAS a few days later. Just out of curiosity I check the online app portal on the government website. It still states that the following mandatory information is required:

Referee docs
Biometrics info

By 17th July via UKVCAS.

We had already submitted the info during the UKVCAS appointment in May.

My wife did not received any requests for further info. I just checked the website out of curiosity.

Is this just a normal message or could there be a problem with the citizenship application? Thanks.

If there is a problem the right channel to contact you will be by the registered email address and or telephone.
Going back on the portal to check things out after biometrics appointment can only bring confusion.
